You know someone is full of shit when they use the word, \u201cTruth\u201d instead of laying out the evidence for why something is true. Also, you know they are full of shit when they use the word, \u201cTruth\u201d instead of saying that something is \u201ctrue.\u201d For example, \u201cGod is the Truth.\u201d<\/p>\n

Religious believers also like to stick \u201cTruth\u201d or even \u201cTrue\u201d in front of everything to change it to mean the opposite of what it does. For instance, if you see a group that calls themselves \u201cFreethinkers\u201d they probably are free thinkers. But if you see a group that is call, \u201cTrue Freethinkers\u201d then they probably aren\u2019t.<\/p>\n

While at the Reason Rally, there was a group called, \u201cTrue Reason\u201d and guess what? They weren\u2019t very reasonable. In fact, while I was walking to lunch, I ran into an elderly couple handing out postcard advertisements for the Reason Rally. I told them that we were already there and that we will be going back after lunch. They handed us a postcard anyway and while sitting at lunch I noticed that they were really advertising for the \u201cTrue Reason Rally.\u201d Guess what? It was all about being unreasonable and having faith.<\/p>\n

I bet next they will come up with \u201cTrue atheists\u201d who believe in Jesus. Frankly, I\u2019m surprised some Christian hasn\u2019t actually thought of that. Maybe we should create an organization dedicated to the, \u201cOne True God,\u201d no god at all.<\/p>\n
