A lot of times, Christians will insist that their belief was not a product of brainwashing<\/a>, indoctrination, or some other form of emotional trickery. They will insist that there are logical and reasonable reasons for their belief. Okay, what are they? They will give you a million different arguments for God and Christianity but which one of those arguments actually convinced them of the \u201cTruth\u201d of the Christian system?<\/p>\n

None! I have never met a Christian who became a Christian because of some argument. The only Christians I have met have been indoctrinated or became \u201cBorn Again\u201d due to highly charged emotional experience that bypassed the reason center of their brain.<\/p>\n

The honest truth is that Christians don\u2019t reason their way into religion. Religion is not reasonable. They may make up arguments which they think are reasonable, but those arguments didn\u2019t convince them or anyone else.
